Where are you located?
KAOHS is located in L.A., however we do not have our own storefront. You can purchase our bikini's directly on our website or go to any retail store that carries KAOHS. Check our retailers page to find a store near you.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently ship through USPS with an average delivery time of 3-8 business days.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders are only processed during the weekdays of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Orders are not processed on the weekends.
* During the holidays, there may be delays when purchasing due to high volume of shipping through our carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, with a fee of $25.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status. Click this link to track your order.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. There are no guarantees, but we will do our best to work with you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns. Please see our exchange page here for more information. Retail stores who carry our brand may have a different policy.
Do you provide free return shipping for my exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping for exchanges at this moment. We ask that all return packages are sent via trackable/insured mail. We cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages.
I placed my order and it's been more than 5 days. I haven't received my bikini. Where is it?
