How do I take care of a KAOHS Bikini?

Our bikini’s are made with high quality fabrics, so a little love is necessary when caring for your suit! After your refreshing swim in the pool, hand wash the chlorine out of your bikini with some gentle soap. If you’ve gone out to the beach, run your bikini under the sink to rinse off the salt water. We advise you to wash with cold water and lay out to dry in a shady area. 

I need a better understand of the sizing before I purchase. How do your sizes run?

TOPS:              XS: 32A           S: 32-34B             M: 34B-C       L: 36C-D  
BOTTOMS:      XS 24-25         S: 26-27               M:28-29        L:30-31
 *Measurements are done in inches.

Where are you located?

KAOHS is located in L.A., however we do not have our own storefront. You can purchase our bikini's directly on our website or go to any retail store that carries KAOHS. Check our retailers page to find a store near you.

When will my order ship?

Your order will leave our office within 3-5 business days. Please note there may be delays when purchasing during the holidays due to high volume of shipping through our carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, with a fee of $25. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently ship through USPS.  

What does pre-sale mean?

Pre-sale means that you are available to purchase your items now, however we do not currently have it readily available to ship right away. All pre-sale items have an exact ship date listed. All order placed on pre-sale will ship together. If you purchase an item not on pre-sale with an item that is on pre-sale we will ship all items together. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns. Please see our exchange page here for more information. Retail stores who carry our brand may have a different policy.

I placed my order and it's been more than 5 days. I haven't received my bikini. Where is it?

We apologize in advanced if you still haven't received your goodies! Please email with your order number and we will gladly assist you.

Do you provide free return shipping for my exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping at this moment. We ask that all return packages are sent via trackable/insured mail. We cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages.

I was scrolling through your Instagram page and I noticed a bikini that I want! However, it is not on your website to purchase. How can I purchase it?

Most likely it is a bikini from our previous collection. We only have our new styles on our website. Time to time, we have sample sales with past collections, so be sure to keep following us on Instagram for more details on spontaneous events.

Do you take on ambassadors for your brand?

We currently do not have any active brand ambassadors, but we always love seeing you in your KAOHS Bikini, so tag us and use our hashtag #KAOHS for us to see and hopefully feature you on our page!
