Where are you located?

KAOHS is located in L.A., however we do not have our own storefront.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently ship through USPS with an average delivery time of 2-3 business days for a flat rate of $5 within the USA. We also offer expedited and international shipping at an additional cost.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders are only processed during the weekdays of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Orders are not processed on the weekends.* During the holidays and/or large sales, there may be delays when purchasing due to high volume of shipping through our carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the USPS website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status. You can also check on your order through the Arrive app.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at kate@kaohs.com.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do accept returns and exchanges, ONLY on orders bought at full price. Items must be unworn with tags attached in the same condition the item was received. You are responsible for the return shipping costs back to KAOHS. All items purchased from our sales tab or with a discount code are final sale. If you have any further questions please contact kate@kaohs.com.

Do you provide free return shipping for my exchange?

No, we do not. We will ship your exchange back out to you for free but you are responsible for getting the item back to us.

I placed my order and it's been more than 5 days. I haven't received my bikini. Where is it?

We apologize in advanced if you still haven't received your goodies! Please email kate@kaohs.com with your order number and we will gladly assist you.

How do I take care of a KAOHS Bikini?

Our bikini’s are made of high quality fabrics, so a little love is necessary when caring for your suit, especially if you want it to last. Please follow our care instructions.

  • Hand wash with a gentle detergent in cold water only
  • Hang dry or lay out to dry in the shade
  • Do not dry clean, tumble dry, iron or use bleach
  • Do not leave rolled up wet
  • Do not wring dry
  • Long exposure to chlorine can ruin your suit, so wash immediately after use
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces, as it can pull on the fabric 
  • Some tanning oils and lotions, as well as sunscreen may stain or damage your suit, so please take caution.

I need a better understand of the sizing before I purchase. Do you have a sizing guide?

I was scrolling through your Instagram page and I noticed a bikini that I want! However, it is not on your website to purchase. How can I purchase it?

Unfortunately, it's most likely it is a bikini from our previous collection that is no longer available on our website. Occasionally, we have sample sales where we sell pieces from previous collections, so be sure to follow us on Instagram for more details on spontaneous events.

What does pre-sale mean?

Pre-sale means that you are available to purchase your items now, however we do not currently have it readily available to ship right away. All pre-sale items have an exact ship date listed. All orders placed on pre-sale will ship together. If you purchase an item not on pre-sale with an item that is on pre-sale, we will ship all items together. If you would like your item that is available now, please pay for your pre-sale item as a separate order.
